Rene & Denise's Movie Night

What a blast. It was like going to the "Drive In's", only with out the car. You had the Snack Bar with Popcorn, Candy, Hot Dogs, Chili and Cheese Dogs, along with Nacho Chips. Such great hosts. My hat is off to you all. The kids enjoyed the Spooky Kid movies in honor of Halloween and the adults were entertained with Jeepers Creepers.














The decorations were great. Much effort went into this family event. That's LOVE!!!

Been awhile...

I've been away a while from the blog. Just been in a funk. First a sty in the eye and painful to see then asthma and hard to breathe...blah blah blah...Life happens. =)

In the mean time, I've been creating some pretty cool stuff while recupperating. I've made several bracelets and matching earrings and necklaces. How fun is that? I love doing any kind of craft. It is therapy to me.

My cards are my other love , but lately this is my joy. I have other joys that are bigger that I'd love to do, but because of an injury I am finding smaller crafts to do. I believe in keeping your mind and body busy. It keeps you going and alive. But also your body will tell you what you can and can not do as well. It will be a while before I strip & sand another table.

Although I am sort of retired at the moment, I can't let it stop me from being creative and motivated. It keeps me happy and sane.
