Production Meeting
Do you see what we seen? An image in the floor of the garage.
Anyway, I was at my friend LP's house for a Production Meeting to shoot a video with her. How exciting is that? While we were sitting in the studio talking someone noticed the image on the floor. To some it may look just like oil spots. But if you were there, it looked like much more.
The video will be of a song written by LP. After hearing the directions of what we will be doing, I got very excited. Can't wait to see the finished product. God be with everyone that participates.

Elvis Costello & The Police
I was invited to go to a concert with my good friend Rosemary.
She just told me it was The Police. Didn't know it would be Elvis Costello too.
It was at the Hollywood Bowl. We shuttled in. That is the best way to get there. Not only because of the gas prices but alse the parking prices are insane. It's $5 to take the Shuttle.
It's $20 to park there, plus the cost of a tank of gas nowadays.
The sign is beautiful. I am glad to get this shot while it still looks good and is still standing.
You never know what can happen in the future.

Memorial Day with TSA
Today was real inspiring. The Transportation Security Administration of LAX honored the past and present Military. There were tears of joy. Tears of laughter. Tears of honor. The TSA Choir sang to the people at each terminal. Travelers stopped to watch. Travelers stopped to take photos and videos.

Memorial Day At LAX and What It Meant To Me
The Memorial Day events that took place at LAX affected me in two ways; first I was impressed at the participation of all the military outreach and the military liaison people who participated and made me proud to be apart of this wonderful group who share a common goal “celebrating the United States Military Veteran services to our country on a day like this, Memorial Day”.
The TSA may not have gotten the media coverage that we would have hoped for, but it really doesn’t matter because; we as a group know how we feel about this celebration and the way the majority of the American people feel. We saw it at the terminals throughout the day on Monday, May 26, 2008. I actually got to meet two World War II veterans, one landed on Iwo Jima and the other marched with General Patton in the Battle of the Bulge.
It was an honor to celebrate and honor those who have endured the hardships of battle but also the ones that are currently serving and struggling with our current threat. We all know what Memorial Day is all about. It’s to celebrate those that have given much and those who have given all.
Secondly, I was inspired by the TSA/LAX Choir and the fine work that they do. They really know how to do it. Every performance they gave from Terminal 1 to Terminal 7 you can feel the music and in what it means to be part of this great country. They did such good work that the Veterans and passengers that were coming through on their travels at LAX had to stop, watch and listen.
I observed people singing along, laughing and crying just drawing on feelings that this wonderful group of people generate with inspirational songs of hope, passion and gratitude. They were so good that Actor Rob Lowe actually stopped and sang along with them. How great is that?
The brief conversations that I had with some of the people that came through were comments like, “I didn’t know that TSA did this”; to “after this, I will have a better opinion about TSA”.
Again, it was an honor to serve those who serve us in the struggle for freedom. I salute you all for being there for them.
Mostly, I salute them for being there for us.

Even the two Davids' from American Idol were there. Archileta stopped and talked to JoBeth for a few minutes. She is high up at TSA. Hans and I were at breakfast. I shouldn't have gotten hungry!!!Later at the same terminal Rob Lowe was spotted while the Choir was singing. His body guard wanted him to keep moving but he stopped and sang along with the choir next to JoBeth. She explained to the bodyguard that he felt it was real important to stop and he should let him. A plus for Rob Lowe!
