Pantry & Michael's

So I have been to the Pantry and Michaels this morning. Hubby called and is working late. Now what to do? What I wanted to make I have to wait for the meat to thaw. Ugh (not good planning). So I guess I hit the books.

TV Reception Sucks today~

Today, my studying is going seemingly well. I have finished the homework and will read the chapter one more time. Maybe the chemo brain is settling down. Funny how clear this chapter was for me. I guess I will have to go on to the next chapter while my brain is clear.

The TV reception sucks because of the weather. So I will catch up later. I am going to Hulu.com to catch up on some shows. I have Korean drama I need to catch up on there.

Class Project~

Yesterday in class we did a really fun group project. We had to write a story or two in Medical Terminology talk. Ours was pretty good. I love it when teachers keep us entertained and make us think. What I don't like is when they just read through the text. That is boring. Maybe that is why I am liking one class and not the other as much. My group did two hilarious stories. One was "A Day at the Beach" and the other was "Family Reunion".

A Day at the Beach

It was a eu day at the beach.  the sky was cyan/o and full of clouds.  The hydr/o were brady and calming.  Almost necr/o.  So the surfers were not out today.  As we were tanning we became erythr/o.

The sea bi/o was pan peri.  It was relaxing auscult/o to the sea bi/o. My my/o became so relaxed that the gram was crystal clear I didn't want to fract/o the moment.  While laying out I was stung by a jellyfish and suffered macro dyspena, which caused me to hyperventilate.  My friend Shuwnta had to urin/o on my derm/o.  This was MAL.

Family Reunion

We were pan syn at the park.  The ventrl/o had the stench of axill/os.  Someone needed a hydr/o bath, STAT!!! The cost/o were cooking pyro brady on the grill.  Uncle Bill was fus/o the drinks for everyone.  It mad my viscer/o rrhagia.  The babies were drinking galact/o from their moms mamm/o. We were learning the FH.

I'm Gonna Love You Through It.

Today was an emotional day for me. I am not sure why it was like that today, but it was. I have seen my video over and over again. I know the song, but when you can drive and really listen to it, it has a different effect on you. The song is my story. "I'm gonna Love you Through it". Martina McBride. I cried when I listened to it this morning. I couldn't stop. I was all alone in the car and it seemed silly for me to cry.

Later, at the end of my class, the teacher said I was her hero. I have heard that from many and accepted it gracefully. But I had to ask her, being I trust her words, "I know many have said that to me, but I don't know what they mean by it." Her answer was overwhelming to me. I wanted to cry right there but waited. She said that I come in every day in spite of all what I am going through without complaining. The other students, some come in complaining and really don't have a clue what it takes to push on. Well, if I can be an inspiration to other, then that is what God wants me to do. I will love you all through it too.~

Booster Shot~

Went to school and did fine.  After I went home for a while to try and do some coupon printing.  No success.  Need to redo the whole desktop computer system.  Ugh. 

Went for my booster shot and got my potassium results.  The results were low.  So Dr. Bolla sent in a prescription for this.  Plus I was given a list of foods that should help.  The ladies in the therapy department are always so great. 

Later I went to check my schedule at the Gallery for Saturday.  I work 12-4 pm.  Good time for studying. 

Next stop was the Group Therapy for Breast Cancer Survivors.  It was a great meeting.  We all had different experiences.  You also learn of different events that are going on in town.  Camp Blue Bird is coming up in April.  Showed my video to some of the ladies that stayed to watch.  They loved it.

Went home and studied some more.

Chemotherapy #4

Chemotherapy #4.  Went after school.  Went smooth.  My test results for my blood work seemed fine.  My WBC (White Blood Counts) were above the norm for a chemo patient.  My potassium results will be in tomorrow.  No side effects throughout the night.  I was able to stay up long enough to do my studying.  Usually I am very tired when I have the treatment.

Test Day at School

This was the beginning of the second week of classes.  I had a quiz in both classes.  I think I did all right in my first class.   But the second one I didn't do so well.   I missed 9 1/2 questions.  My eyes were bothering me.  I think that may have been part of my problem.  Tension headache was setting in as well.  Let's see how the rest of the day goes.
